  • Only UAE mobile numbers registered using the GoChat Messenger app will be eligible for the Invite and Earn offer (the “Offer” or “Campaign”).
  • UAE customers will get 150 Smiles points on GoChat Smiles for each successful registration using the referral code. e& reserves the right to change the amount of Smiles Points per registration during this offer.
  • e& reserves the right to change or modify the Offer duration dates.
  • Any user who unsubscribes/deletes the app from the phone during the Offer period will no longer be considered eligible for the Campaign.
  • UAE users will earn smile points only after referral signs up on GoChat Messenger using the referral code.
  • Invitee needs to join GoChat using the referral code from their contact.
  • Eligible users will have a maximum number of invites per day, and e& reserves the right to amend/modify this maximum number at any time during the Offer.
  • Only first-time users who sign up using the referral code are valid; if the customer deletes the application and installs it again, such cases are not eligible for the Campaign.

How to Participate

·       Users can invite any number of invites, however users will get Smiles points for:

 

o   Up to 15 referrals per month eligible for Smiles points

o   Max per day referrals is 5 referrals per day for Smiles points

o   Using the referral link and referral code available in the GoChat app

  • To be eligible, the invitee must:
    • Download GoChat Messenger.
    • Register using the referrer’s unique referral code.
    • Be a new GoChat user (not previously registered).
  • For each successful referral the Customer earns 150 Smiles Points.
  • Milestone-Based Rewards (additional Smies points than the regular smiles points):

·       5-10 referrals/month → Earn 50% bonus Smiles Points.

·       11-15 referrals/month → Earn 100% bonus Smiles Points.

Smiles points Reward Distribution

  • Regular Smiles Points (150 per referral) are credited instantly upon successful invitee registration with the referral code.
  • Bonus Smiles Points (from milestones) will be credited when you hit referral milestones, based on the number of invites.
  • Users will receive bonus points only for the highest milestone achieved in the month.
    • Example: 15 successful referrals = 2,250 Smiles points (Regular instantly) + 2,250 bonus Smiles Points by end of the month (15 × 150 Smiles Points).

 

Important Rules & Restrictions

  • Only UAE mobile numbers registered on GoChat are eligible.
  • A referral is valid only if the invitee is a first-time user and completes registration with the referral code.
  • Users cannot re-register after deleting the app to earn Smiles points.
  • Smiles Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Fraudulent activities (such as creating multiple accounts) will result in disqualification.
  • Users will receive notifications (SMS) once a referral is successful.

Bonus Smiles Points Campaign Terms

  • Bonus points are capped at the highest milestone achieved in a month.
  • Example: If a user refers 15 users, they receive:
    • 150 Smiles Points per referral (credited instantly).
    • 2,250 Smiles Points as a bonus (credited at month-end).
  • Users will not earn points for each milestone separately.
  • The Campaign applies only to new registrations via referral codes.

 

Fraud Prevention & Security

  • e& is not responsible for any fraud or scams or misrepresentations conducted by third parties in relation to this Campaign.
  • Users should verify any communication claiming to be from e& and report suspicious activity.
  • e& will never ask for bank details or personal information for this Campaign.
  • e& reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with the Campaign terms and rules.
  • e& shall collect, store, protect and share personal information such as the name, surname, initials, voice, images, and any other personal identifiable information of the Subscriber(s) in connection with the raffle draw Campaign and shall protect such information in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the UAE.
